Car Parking is NOT INCLUDED. Public transport should be available to the National Watersports Centre.
If you wish to travel by car limited car parking is available at the Country Park with around 600 spaces and is managed by the National Watersports Centre, once car parking is full you will need to find car parking elsewhere
Limited day parking at the venue is available at a cost of £5 per car and will be taken by NWSC Car Park Management Staff who manage the Country Park.

A bag drop area is located at the Feed Station area, Baggage is left at your own risk and is sometimes not manned. Please put the baggage labels which are attached to your bib on any baggage.
Will be located inside the main building near registration.
On course portable toilets every 1 mile located near the feed station, the boat house, half marathon start & marathon start and at the Feed Station.
The route is on pedestrian paths, we will allow 1 ear headphones, please keep to the right hand side and allow fast runners to pass you on the left.
Around the Route
Stage areas with music every 1 mile, and at the finish area.
This is a flat tarmac lap race with good PB potential.
Marathon runners complete 8 full laps and a part lap.
Half marathon runners complete 4 full laps and a part lap.

1 Mile - Out & Back
There are optional lap bands at the Start Area to collect so you can throw 1 band away in the bins provided each lap, lap timing mat and a screen showing how many laps you have completed (You will need to stop running to read this).
Results will be live online and show your split times for each lap (recorded each time you cross the lap mat).

A feed station will be placed at least every 2.8 miles. It will be stocked with cup water, electrolyte drink, various sweets, chocolate & cake. You can also leave personal nutrition at the feedstation.
